By using Odontist+, you enter into this agreement with us. Please review it carefully.
This User Agreement is a binding contract between you (the user) and Odontist+ governing your use of the platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.
If you do not agree to this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, or the Privacy Policy, you must not create an account or use Odontist+.
By using Odontist+, you explicitly consent to the following data handling practices:
You consent to your phone number being transmitted to and processed by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) for the purpose of generating and verifying a one-time password (OTP) during login. This is the only purpose for which your phone number is used.
Your phone number is never used for marketing, advertising, or sold to any third party. It exists solely as your login identifier.
You consent to patient records, appointment data, treatment notes, and all other clinical information you enter into the platform being stored in Firebase's cloud infrastructure for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You acknowledge that you are the data controller for all patient information and bear responsibility for:
You consent to the collection of anonymised usage data (screen views, feature interactions, error logs) to help us improve the platform. This data cannot be used to identify you or any patient.
Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of:
This Agreement is effective from the moment you first access the Service or create an account, whichever is earlier.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
Important: Odontist+ is a clinic management tool, not a medical decision-making system. All clinical judgements, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescriptions remain entirely the responsibility of the treating dental professional.
By using Odontist+, you acknowledge and agree that:
In the event of data loss due to user error, device failure, or other causes, Odontist+ is not liable for the recovery or replacement of clinical records. We recommend maintaining regular exports of critical patient data.
Odontist+ is designed and intended exclusively for use by:
Use of the platform to manage patient records without proper licensure or professional qualification is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You agree to take all reasonable steps to secure your account, including:
We are not liable for any data breaches or losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this Agreement:
Upon termination, sections relating to data handling, liability limitations, and intellectual property survive.
